NECCA 2020 FAQ's




Is there an entry fee? No, the awards are free to enter.

Is there a limit to the number of categories I can enter? There is no limit on entries for the awards, apart from the various Contact Centre of the Year awards where only one entry per organisation is permitted.

Can public sector contact centres enter? Yes, the awards are open to both public and private sector organisations.

What time period do nominations cover? Nominations cover the period 31 July 2019 - 31 July 2020.

What geographical area do the awards cover? The local authority areas of Darlington, Durham. Gateshead, Hartlepool, Middlesborough, Newcastle, North Tyneside, Northumberland, Redcar and Cleveland, South Tyneside, Stockton-on-Tees and Sunderland. If you are not sure if your centre falls within the geographical boundary, contact hello@projects-studio.co.uk with your postcode and we can verify this for you.

Can I get feedback on my entry? Unfortunately due to a high volume of applicants we are unable to provide feedback at the shortlisting stage.

How can I buy a ticket to the awards dinner? Tickets are available via the online booking form. Single tickets: £95+VAT. Table of 10: £900+VAT.
