Following my previous letter introducing the North East Contact Centre Awards 2020, I hope you’ve had the opportunity to look at our categories for this year and consider which awards your centre, teams and colleagues can apply for.
The Awards this year will be a fantastic opportunity to reward the dedication and commitment of teams and individuals, in the face of huge disruption caused by Covid-19.
As a reminder, the Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner take place 20 November at Ramside Hall, Durham. All information on the entry process is on www.necca.co.uk
To support Contact Centres with their entries this year, we have arranged a webinar on 25 June. The session will run from 2.00pm until 3.15pm, and is an ideal opportunity to find out more about the categories and criteria this year, as well as hearing from our judges on what they’ll be looking for in your nominations.
