NECCA 2020 recognises the very best practitioners, teams and organisations in our thriving contact and call centre industry.
The awards are being relaunched in 2020 to reflect the skills, dedication, energy, knowledge, innovation and delivery quality of our industry in the North East. The categories have been remodelled, and a new judging panel has been established.
The awards will be evaluated using an expert independent judging panel with wide industry experience. The culmination will be the glittering awards ceremony attracting over 300 industry peers, stakeholders, customers, suppliers, partners and supporters.
The application process, shortlisting and judging will follow a similar process to previous years, with key dates as below.

Nominations for each of the categories open.
We will be providing guidance and further information on how to apply.
31 JULY 2020
We will give ample warning of the closing deadline for applications.
1 AUGUST 2020
We will be providing further information on just what the judges will be looking for and how to submit an award winning application.

SHORT LIST ANNOUNCED
Drum roll time!
We will announce the shortlisted companies for each award.
Panel interviews and site visits will take place to determine the winners.

The big day!
The glittering awards ceremony will be held at Ramside Hall on the 20th November.
