The North East Contact Centre Awards are back in 2021 to honour and celebrate the individuals, teams and organisations that make North East contact centres amongst the best in the world.
To mark the opening of the nomination window on 7 May, we are holding a launch event to allow anyone interested in taking part this year to find out more about the Awards. The event will be lead by our independent expert judges, who will be joined by some of last year's winners from organisations including AND-E, Sage and NHS BSA.

We will also be having an optional networking session after the event so you can stay on and have a chat with the judges, organisers and previous winners!
The event will take place over Zoom and will also be broadcast to Youtube for those who aren't able to access zoom meetings. The event will be followed by a more detailed training workshop in June which will go into further detail on how to complete the nomination form.
