Our judging panel used significant industry experience to revise the categories and evaluation criteria for The North East Contact Centre Awards 2020. They have also taken into account the impact of Covid-19 on contact centre operations.
The categories for the awards this year are listed below. They are divided into three main groups:
Nominations were accepted from 18 May 2020, with a deadline of 5pm on 31 July 2020. Our shortlist was announced on 21 September and final judging takes place from 28 September – 16 November.
Winners, special commendations from our judges and runners-up will be announced on 20 November during our Online Awards Ceremony.
A celebration event will then be held on 7 May 2021 to bring the industry together, recognise and honour our 2020 prize winners - and launch the categories / key dates for the 2021 awards programme.
