Recognising and Celebrating Excellence in North East Contact Centres

Welcome to the North East Contact Centre Awards, which recognises and rewards the achievements of individuals, teams and organisations. The Awards are an annual celebration of the people who have made North East Contact Centres among the best in the world.

Now in its 18th Year, the 2022 programme is set to be our biggest one yet! Our full awards programme kicks off in March, and will end with  was celebration at a glittering Awards ceremony at The Lancastrian Suite, Gateshead. More information will be coming soon, so keep your eyes peeled!

WHO IS INVOLVED?

OUR SERVICES

The Awards are led by our team of independent expert judges. Our judges are operational leaders from the industry with previous experience of judging and winning awards on a regional and national level. The judges have used their industry knowledge to design the categories and criteria and develop a robust and transparent judging process.
