Recognising and Celebrating Excellence in North East Contact Centres
Welcome to the North East Contact Centre Awards, which recognise and reward achievements of individuals, teams and organisations. The Awards are an annual celebration of the people who have made North East Contact Centres among the best in the world.
Now in its 17th Year, the 2021 programme will culminate in a glittering Awards ceremony at The Lancastrian Suite, Gateshead.
The Awards present a fantastic opportunity to highlight the achievements of your team, benchmark your operation against other centres, raise the profile of your contact centre to a wide audience both in our region and across the UK - and demonstrate to your staff, customers and stakeholders that you are committed to achieving excellence.
WHO IS INVOLVED?
The Awards are led by our team of independent expert judges. Our judges are operational leaders from the industry with previous experience of judging and winning awards on a regional and national level. The judges have used their industry knowledge to design the 2021 categories and criteria and develop a robust and transparent judging process.
HOW DO I TAKE PART?
The categories and criteria for this year have now been published and a full list can now be downloaded from the categories page. Please do download and share with your team - it's never to early to start planning!

Virtual launch event. Nomination window opens.
7 May 2021.
Nomination workshop. Hear directly from the judges in this online workshop, and get handy hints and tips on filling out nomination forms.
10 June 2021
30 July 2021. 5pm deadline.
9 September 2021
Interview workshop. Advice from the judges on taking part in interviews and panel presentations.
Final judging begins: Interviews, panel presentations and site visits.
20 September - 29 October 2021.
